Sanctum relic drop question

greetings, I would like to ask about the mechanics in the sanctum league, recently I started running a sandstorm visage relic and noticed that relics drop to me less often than without this relic, is it true that high-quality relics such as the relic on original sin drop less often or do not drop at all if you run a sandstorm visage relic? i run like 50-60 sanctum yesterday and drop only double-relics, and when I wasn't running any unique relics, I got a relic on original sin and a lot on sandstorm visage, so is the chance of a drop with unique relic much less?
