About the relationship between paradoxica and Bloodscent.

I am using a sword called paradoxica. I used large cluster juwel passive skill Bloodscent to obtain rage, but I confirmed that it is not applied. It was working normally in the previous season, but it is not applied in this season. I want to know if it is a bug or intentional, and if it is a bug, please let me know when it will be fixed.
