some items not getting listed

I got The Nurse divination card from Ritual reward and I tried to sell it in poe trade, no matter what I did the item would not appear to get listed. I tried going to a map, relogging, dropping it on the ground and picking it back up and trading it to a friend to sell, etc.. even after all that and trying to re-list the item, the item does not appear in poe trade.

other items I've listed are working and do show up in poe trade..
