Wanting to know how good of a build I have going for myself so far.
Since I don't know where to really post this I am posting it here in general discussions (if there is a more fitting location for this then by all means have it moved there). That being said, as the title says I'm wanting to know how good of a build I have going for myself so far. (if it's a pretty solid build then I've been calling it The Wisconsin build [those who know will likely nodded those who don't might go looking to find out.]... due to using Blazing Salvo as the main attack)
My gems Primary skill: Blazing Salvo supported by high impact mines, trap and mine damage, swift assembly (I want to add in minefield and chain to potentially make it better.) Other attack skills: Vaal ice nova supported by high impact mines, charged mines, and inspiration Absolution supported by High impact mines, Trap and mine damage, and swift assembly Support skills: Clarity (want to get Vaal Clarity) Skitter bots Arcane Cloak supported by Automation, Arcane surge, Efficacy Elemental Weakness supported by blastchain mine, and Minefield Mobility: Frost Blink Smoke Mines (this mobility combo is made more viable with the "detonate mines while moving" perk.) The reason for Frostblink AND Smoke mines is to try and capitalize on Absolution's effect of keeping three sentinels on the board as long as possible by having a pseudo quad dash... essentially it's for pack hunting. Arcane Cloak with Automation is to help with survivability and to keep the skill from having to be constantly activated manually. I think that it's been quite beneficial so far. Elemental Weakness is there to make Blazing Salvo, Absolution, and Ice Nova be a lot better at getting rid of particularly annoying magic, rare, or unique foes. Absolution, Vaal Ice Nova, and Blazing Salvo to play the elemental weakness board a bit better especially when Blazing Salvo doesn't exactly kill certain foes fast enough. Clarity for mana regen (a lot of mana intensive builds need it.) Skitterbots to improve mines. I think that I've explained the reasoning behind some of the gems. As for the skill tree well I've been going off of a mine build that I did for a previous season and so far the few changes that I've made to what I recall have been doing quite well. posting a pob would go a long way to get others to evaluate your build.

anyone else want to see if they can help me out on this?
Should be able to just look at my characters gear and skills just by clicking my name and going over to the characters tab. |
