Slam Build - How to bind keys

Heya,

Bit of a silly problem/question and I am sure I will regret asking it, but......I have the following skills on my main bar, which seems pretty much what most of the top players have, however, they also have frostblink, and I am not sure how to add it.
On my bar is bloodrage (middle mouse button), leap and 4 warcries taking up qwert.
Move only is on my left click and right click is attack (earthshatter). So how can I add Frostblink? Adding it to the 2ndry bar is not really viable, not sure if they have a macro set up that links to the 2ndry bar etc, or if I am missing something super obvious.

The way I did it is put 2 of my warcries on the first and second bar, bound to mouse 4/5 and ctrl + mouse 4/5. If you prefer qwert then you could use q/w and ctrl + q/w. Bit iffy but works once you get used to it.
Spacebar is for my movement skill, always. I'm not sure why you would use Leap Slam on a slam build, since it will be so slow. You don't need 2 movement skills, just 1 that is good enough. I recommend Flame Dash.
You could also link Blood Rage to Automation if you don't like the other options.
Just to be clear, you can change any of these bindings in the input menu in the options. You don't need a macro.

Why don't you just add bloodrage to your cwdt setup? There is no real need to activate it manually is there?
