Hi why is there no more ground loot?

330k kills. 1 Exalted Orb? Is this the new PoE? Super confused. Been playing for the last year and never seen loot just not exist in this game. HELP!

This is 5 days 1 hour logged in. More than a common player even puts into a league. Face palm.

Okay I have now done 5 more fossil nodes in Delve, all gave gold. Not a single fossil. Something is very wrong with loot.
