Hyrri's Truth amulet mana reservation bug

Hi

I tried to use Hyrri's truth in the current league 3.25. The description shows 100% mana reservastion efficiency but it reserves 103 mana. That's odd. Any ideas why?

sorry to say but this is totally BS. percentage means less reservation. when you reach 100 percent means no mana is reserved. confusing

That's how things were when the stat was "reduced mana reservation", but the power you could get for going 100% reduced mana reservation wasn't something GGG felt was healthy for the game.

They replaced "reduced mana reservation" with "increased mana reservation efficiency". Having a total of 100% increased efficiency means it reserves half as much mana, having a total of 200% increased efficiency means it reserves a third as much, and so on. When they made the change, they also increased the values of the stats that they were changing.

I believe part of the goal was to make investments work the opposite of how they worked with reduced mana reservation. With reduced mana reservation, every extra point of the stat was more effective than what you had before: going from 100% mana reservation to 95% changes almost nothing, while going from 10% to 5% is a huge difference.

The end result is that they can put mana reservation modifiers on things without either using insignificant values or allowing people to use auras for free.
