So what's an "OG" build you can take to T17 maps?

Builds that need at least 30% skills to do T17 maps. So what is 30% skills? Can dodge and no face tanking and knows the fight or, not know the fight but can easily read or time boss damage, 75 all res max, full evasion, armor or energy shield only. No hybrid.
