Unable to Complete Quest with NPC

Ive been finishing up the optional quests and I cant seem to be able to hand in the hand statue to Yeena in Act 2 for "Through Sacred Ground"

I reach Crypt 2, click on the tomb and nothing drops on the floor. The game is telling me
"Quest Complete - You have returned the golden hand relic to Yeena. etc" But in fact nothing happened

When I do /passives in the chatbox, it says (0 from Through Sacred Ground)

I have logged out, restart the game, and when reconnected had the same map sessions so started a new instance but still the same issue.

nvm. i went to complete another task and accepting the book made the other book appear in my inventory.. no idea but it looks like I'm okay now.
