How to double annoint amulets?

Anyone know whats the recipe with this new oils added?

Only a drop from blighted maps or blight ravaged maps. Can't remember if you need blight ravaged.

I just saw a double annoint army and my mind is blown, didn't know this was possible, also couldn't find an explanation other than the guy above so ty.

There are ways to transfer annointments to "other" items by crafting/rerolling items with many annointments. |
