Shipment count down to return STUCK

this ship has been stuck with no timer going down on my account for 3 days now, it wont let me interact with it or even abandon them but I would rather like the encounter to complete and tell me what I got from it... this is such a waste of time waiting for a several million point shipment.

what a big let down from the league. if any one can look in to why this got stuck on my account this would be helpful
