Client crash when near to Searing Exarch altar

When i get close to a Searing Exarch altar or one spawns, the game crashes 100% of the times. The same doesn't happen with an Eater of Worlds altar. For context, nothing like this ever happened before.
Steam user on windows 10 22H2

System info:
(LAPTOP)
CPU: AMD RYZEN 5 3500U
INTEGRATED GPU: AMD RADEON VEGA 8 (Picasso)
RAM: 8GB DDR4

What I tried:
- driver update
- i verified game files integrity through steam
- i deleted game caches

The first time I verified game files integrity some corrupted files were found and "fixed". I tried to play and it didn't work. I then tried to verify game files integrity again and no other corrupted files were found.
