Apply mtx to Wings of Entropy Ezomyte Axe not show on both hand

before 3.25 when apply mtx weapon skin or effect to Wings of Entropy Ezomyte Axe or Replica Wings of Entropy Ezomyte Axe both hand will receive the skin and effect but now it doesn't and only apply to one hand (right hand) and I can not apply any mtx to the left hand.
