Crazy Latency / Network troubles

Hello,...never had a problem with High latency in PoE until now.
(BTW my ping today got over 500K ms. must be a some sort of record)
So thought, might try to learn reason why, if anyone can help thanks in advance.
All the other online games works great , only poe started to be almost unplayble.

Please Help! Question is,... is it on my end or the other ?
This is my WinMTR ,... its similar on all EU servers (this one is for Frankfurt)
