Ritual: Occult Devotion Node duplicates audience with the king on each reroll

Just found a thing that with Occult Devotion Node in Atlas if you found ritual with affliction boss on map and favoured item "audience with the king", every next reroll adds 1 more audience, so at 4th time i had 3 deferred audiences and 4th added in favours.

Is that a feature or bug?
