Game freezes in loading screen when going to Kingsmarch

I get frequent freezes when trying to go to Kingsmarch from my hideout. About 1 in 10 attempts ends up being stuck in loading screen, loading animation is stuck and the cursor moves very slowly with huge delay.
Nothing works from that point, not even CTRL+ALT+DEL, ALT-TAB, ALF-F4, CTRL-SHIFT-ESC, nothing.
After a minute, PC freezes completely and I have to reset the pc from the button.
Specs: i5-10600K, 16GB DDR4@3200, RTX4070, 512GB NVME SSD.
Using DX12.

Specs: i7-9700KF, 64GB DDR4@3600Mhz, RTX 3080, 1024GB SSD, Using DX12

AMD 7800x3d 4090rtx ddr5 64gb windows 11 pro. i used to use dx12 mostly but been using vulkan for several months now.

also this never happened the whole league until last weekend so around october 13. i also have made like 5 characters this league and when i click vist kingsmarch everything freezes and my mouse moves across the screen like 1 frame every couple seconds and i have to hard reset as well. maybe its some bug in the later development of kingsmarch with crops or something.
