Crafting Lacerate of Hemorrhage

Hi all, newly back to POE after playing in 2013, and trying set up lacerate bleed gladiator. How do I actually craft the gem? Do I keep running labyrinth and placing a green skill gem in divine font and hope it pops out Lacerate of Hemorrhage? Is there a level that I should be running it, like cruel or merciless? Any help would be so appreciated!!

It can't be crafted. Can only get transfigured gems through the divine font at the end of the Lab. Unfortunately it's going for around 85 chaos on trade since so many people are playing Glad this league.

Thanks so much for replying. Since I’m a noob, in order to transfigure I just put any green skill gem in font and hope it comes out? And does it need to be cruel or merciless difficulty?

There are two ways to do it on the font. One will roll your green to random. The other will have a higher chance, it roll lacerate to lacerate variant, but I think it is a rarer spawn chance. Level shouldn't mater but higher lab can give you more chances. I don't know if effects the spawn chances or not.

Sounds about right to me, not regular, but not super rare either.

So I may have found a way to increase the odds without having to do the higher level labs which are lengthy and semi-prone to danger to the average player.

I was running regular labs (lvl 33) because you can get through them really quick with no challenge at all for a level 50+ character. 3-4 rooms and you are through the entire lab and you can easily figure out the pattern to get through these efficiently.

For the transfig I ran 50+ labs and was getting nowhere, then I remembered I did get a Lacerate of Butchering from a Double Strike gem early on. So I wanted to test if Double Strike has a higher percent chance of becoming a transfigured lacerate gem. So next lab I got another Lacerate of Butchering. The 3rd try was nothing and the 4th try I got Lacerate of Hemorrhage. Did a 5th try for the hell of it and got nothing.

So this may be a coincidence, but 3/5 basic lab runs and transfiguring Double Strike gave me a variant of Lacerate at least. Hope this might help some people out in trying to get this gem.

I tried more than 50 times with random gems and it didn't give me Hemorrhage. Then I tried 10-15 times with Double Strike gem in normal lab and I finally got it. I don't know if exchanging Double Strike helps for sure, but it's free to try. People can give more feedback about it. Ruthless SSF btw.

Old Thread i know, If people still need it , keep doing the first trial with dual strike, I got Lacarate of Hemorrhage in 20 trys.
