Getting rid of workers? 3.25

Hello,

Is there a way of firing the workers? I have few workers which aren't that good and I'd like to get rid of them. I was looking for a way to fire them but I can't find such option. Does it even exist? Should I just make a shipment with my bad workers and let it be captured in order to get rid of them or am I just missing a easy way to fire them?

To fire a worker they have to be idle (not assigned to any post). After that they should show up in the worker hiring screen on the right side, and there is a button with which you can let them go.

Where is the button to let them go?

Speak to Raulf, The Recruiter under Current Workers theres a release button top right of each worker.

Is that the only option for them or is there something else you can do with them? When you release them it's like "are you sure??" and I feel like I might be missing some other option. lol.
