Unexpected disconnection occured

I had no problems with the game at patch 3.25 launch, since this morning update i'm having "unexpected disconnection occurred" error and i get kicked out. The game returns me to the login screen, it can happen during the loading screen or like after 20 seconds or 1 minute after i start playing. I tried a lot of things but nothing works

I can't even log in. This error occurs every time I try to log in. First i thought it was the Wifi in my hotel. Now I am in an other one with an ping between 60 an 80, but it is still the same… 😩 what could i do? It is frustrating.

same problem for me it is also inconsistend if it happens or not just played like an 1-1,5hours without problem and now suddenly it starts again disconnecting after freezing the game for like 5-10 sec sometimes it gets itself and just speeds the freezed time throught and works for 5-10 sec again to freeze again and probably disconnect

Same here, for the last 7-10 days. I get kicked back to the login screen every 10-15 minutes.

On my PS5, crashes are also occurring, including the screen freezing even when I leave the character standing still in Karui or starting on any map. The last situation was the screen freezing on the menu.

Unexpected Disconnects have been happening to me since I started playing POE at 3.25 launch. However for the last 10-14 days it has gotten much worse. I play WoW, D4 and Last Epoch with not a single disconnect ever. This is a GGG problem and needs to be fixed asap!
