pc freeze and have to be restarted when using leap slam

when I use leap slam there is a small chance the whole PC becomes frozen and has to be restarted, I have encountered this 4 times during the campaign, and my friend discovered this too.
I'm not sure if it has anything to do with leap slam since it is a spammy skill, but my friend and I are using AMD CPU and GPU if that helps.

and one time after restarting I think my GPU shut down since there was only one screen working, but after another reboot it was fine again.(my friend encountered this as well)
