Game Crashes at same point in Lab, 3 times so far!

My Game crashes to desktop after stuttering the moment i step through the portal after the final Izaro encounter to go towards the ascendancy altar.

So far it has crashed 3 times, the final time with a different rendering setting.

1 - DirectX 11
2 - DirectX 11
3 - Vulkhan

I'm basically unable to play the league until this gets fixed and after troubleshooting i cant seem to find if its an issue on my end.

I'm having the same issue and you know what, i had my first char this league, everything was good leveling until i did first lab, crashed at phase 3, redo it, crash at phase 3, then it worked. I played the char this first week of the league, again some crash while opening strongbox or going into harvest / opening cassia. Today i made a new char, i got to act 3, go to lab, phase 3, game crash. i'm gonna try to delete all the shader cache ( which is annoying cause my game is gonna lag for the first few maps ) and DDU my gpu drivers / reinstall it but i think the problem is not from our side
