São Paulo lag spikes

From about 3 leagues in a row now i can't play normally in São Paulo server due to lag spikes, sometimes when i change the instance the ms go back to normal bettwen 40-50 ms, but the mayority of the time i can´t play without having lag spikes, im from argentina and i don´t want to play with a vpn just for this game.
