Corrupted Growths spawning inside the "mining pillar" and being unable to kill them

Hello,

I've encountered a bug in Reliquary area (while leveling).
All the corrupted growths spawned INSIDE the interactable pillar and I was not able to damage them anyhow.
They were spewing out monsters which also became stuck in the pillar and unable to be damaged.

I just had this too, Templar Courts in Act 5.
