Bug: Mob Stuck in Ore Vein

In quest "A Dirty Job", we have to clear Fetid Pools. I have 1 monster remaining. It is stuck inside the Ore Vein and can't be hit.

I experienced this tonight, too! Mob was stuck within the ore and could not complete the Fetid Pool quest.

same bug, enemy generated inside ore.
