[3.24] On hit Pconc Bounce crit PF (Good Delver)

It's pretty simple. I am using it for delve, but it's done all content so far that I felt like doing. Some bosses. I haven't tried ubers. T17's are ok with the right mods. Not unkillable but i rarely die. Note that it does require some ramp up to stack wither but also the flasks bounce randomly so the smaller the target or the more they move around, the less dps you will have against them. Does far better against bosses than rares.

I'll do a better one for a league starter next league i play as long as nothing changes till then.

Projectiles bounce 9 times plus 20% damage per chain mastery makes each bounce more damage. So DPS is a little misleading till you play it. Needs better equipment situation for attribute management and res but it does the job the way it is.
