Courthouse Islands Elder map

I run delirium and was fighting the boss just as delirium ended. Before I could pick up anything, I was forcefully teleported to a different island, and all those items are now lost to me. This is bad design. All items that were on previous islands are not accessable. This is bad design. All that needs to be done is to add portals to the other arena islands. Whoever designed this needs to relearn design.
