Venom Gyre +Split Shot =Extreme CPU Load

I have a RX 6700XT on an 8 core AMD with 16GB ram.

With Split shot boosting fork I am unable to play the game. The lag is so bad in encounters that I cannot move.

Without Split Shot selected in my spec - I can run 75FPS at max settings. I have no issues running fork with Venom Gyre. it appears that I only have extreme CPU load with Split shot.

Adding Peirce with Venom Gyre: I lose mana on hit in certain scenarios.
