League Expiration and or Necropolis Bug

During a private league expiration I was unable to move or do anything in a specific map. I logged extended the league and then went back in and still couldn't do anything. I relaunched and also could not move. After starting a new map when portals expired everything worked as intended. I have a photo of modifiers on map as well as a recording of it occurring if it would help.
