TOTA Mobs allflame pulling the Ultimatum altar around the map with chain hooks

when completing a "defend the altar" ultimatum the mobs with chain hooks attack with the hooks and pull the altar all around the map,cant remember the name of the allflame - but its the one with rakiata?

Edit - it was the tasalio allflame "Allflame Ember of Tasalio" and the hook mobs you can see in the streamable clip
