Changing output audio device bugged

I have headphones and speakers, sometimes I switch between both outputs depending on situations.

I have two options:
Realtek HD Audio 2nd Output (The output my headphones are plugged into)
Speakers

If I change Windows default output device from Realtek HD Audio 2nd Output to Speakers, then Windows and all programs output correctly to my speakers. PoE does not. However, if I change PoE from 2nd output to Speakers, the output still stays on my headphones. If I then change my settings from Speakers back to 2nd output, then it's outputting on my speakers again.

The audio device is just labeled Realtek(R) Audio in device manager. Built in device from an Asus Z390-A Prime motherboard: Chipset Realtek ALC S1220A 8-Channel High Definition Audio CODEC

There is an option in my Realtek Audio Control settings labeled "Playback Device - Make front and rear output devices playback two different audio streams simultaneously" This is most likely where the issue stems from as it creates two separate audio devices instead of one.
