cant unlock 5 slots in map device

did domain of timeless conflict and still only 4 slots in map device. saw this was an issue but still no resolution?

The way to obtain the 5th slot was changed - you now have to complete a T17 non-Valdo map.
It's in the Patch Notes for Necropolis. 😹😹😹😹😹
