Instability stacks in valdo maps not showing up during grace period after re-entering the map.

Not sure whether this is a bug or intended. I and many others would have probably assumed the stacks would be lost on portaling/disconnecting and re-entering the map. I think it would be great (if intended) if the icon was still showing during grace period with a paused timer, so you're aware about the upcoming damage.
