Instance crash in map location

Replicable crash located in the center of my Dunes map. it has ate 5 portals and prevents me from returning to the center of the map. waiting or running anywhere else in the map does not cause crash.
This is the first time I have experienced this crash. The game just disappears every time i try to get close.

T16 dunes map. zero monsters remain. 3 add shine scarabs + domination map craft with teachings scarab. exarch, legion, beyond, delirium.

I suspect this location is where the beyond boss had died. I left the area instantly after killing him so I was not there when he dropped stuff

I have multiple MTX arrow attacks.
