Elemental Overload Bug

Hello,

So after some research apparently GGG changed the UI for this "buff" to be a little diamond under your skill (why?).

So now, although I see it proc, it doesn't seem to add any DMG to that skill or at least the tooltip doesn't reflect it.

The known issues says that "Elemental Overload damage increase doesn't change tooltip DPS" , OK, but how do I know that it truly works?

I mean this is a problem that drags from 2016 and it's still not fixed?

Can at least some dev drop by and say that it works 100%?

Just wow actually... Simple UI change made the EO not reflect damage :D
