Ritual bugged

I am fully specced into Ritual on my atlas tree and run it constantly. Ever since the patch yesterday I have had 2 instances where I would enter a map, do the rituals and instead of 4 rituals I would have 2 rituals and starting the 2nd ritual instantly crashes me to character select screen and upon entering all portals are closed, inventory is empty, and maven witnessing of the map boss defeat is gone for that map. Also, the map and scarabs consumed would be gone as well.
