Any Addition to the Game that Can Apply to Filters Should have a Filter-Specific Post

Hey GGG,

I just saw the newly added scarabs with the 24.2 patch. As a filter creator, I'd love it if you had a separate post that was made specifically for filter users to show that they have content to possibly add to their filter...especially with mid-league additions.

Honestly, it'd be great to have a filter-specific section in your forum index that filter creators can follow, just so they know they are getting every change/addition, without needing to go through every patch note that ever existed.
