Crash in Sanctum

Frequent crashes in sanctum, seems to be every 2-3 sanctums. New error message happened today after patch, with a small window opening titled "exception", and a transparent window with no options showed up. The game wouldnt close until i closed the exception window, while the game was frozen inside sanctum. This happened while I was using leap slam onto a sanctum guard.
