Nameless Seer did not spawn

Was on a Maze of The Minotaur Map, containing also Harvest and Abyssal Depths. I killed all Monsters, picked up everything, walked around multiple times. Nothing.

I supecect this is a bug with Horned Scarab of Pandemonium which could have replaced that last Seer pack with an Atlas Boss.
