120+ MS to all NA servers

Constantly getting 120+ms to all NA servers. I usually play on Canada or Texas with 35-45ms. Now everything is 120+ (Cali shows 60 but it instantly spikes to 120 as well). All other games/services perform just fine. I have already power cycled my hardware and reset my network adapter. Not sure what to try next
