My map device is block

Hi, i wrote this post for a important problem with my acount.
As you can see in the image, the map was blocked in the gaps in the map device and began to disconnect me. This causes the game to close suddenly. Thus causing not being able to carry out any type of activity that requires the use of a map device. The rest of the content can continue to be used.
