Can't access Shop in game and website only displays in it's basic form

Hi,

For the past week I haven't been able to access the in-game shop, and the info box at the login screen is stuck on "downloading" but does not populate.

Additionally, the PoE website only displays in basic form (login and trade pages won't even load).

I can access the website fine through a virtual machine through a VPN, or through my phone as long as it's not connected to my home Wi-Fi.


I am located in the US, playing on PC via Steam and Verizon FiOS is my ISP.

I have seen other posts describing similar issues, but I wasn't able to find any with a solution.
