einhar prevents essences dropping from mobs

I am just farming essences and I do get einhar in my map and for some reason essence mobs do not drop essences (1 mob dropped 1 essence)

edit1: seems like these monsters do not drop any loot

Came to report the same thing. It seems that since the hotfix for Einhar, there is a bug where sometimes essences do not drop at all. This has happened to me in 3 different maps today (out of about 10 so far), where the first two essence monsters drop nothing, and the last one drops essences as expected. None of my maps have actually had Einhar in them - I'm just using the +2 essence scarab.
