ssf ruthless chat?

sup, quick question:
my chat is open but noones talking, (ssf chat usualy) wich means ruthless chat and ssf chat are not connected, so i wanted to ask what the global for ssf ruthless is because its pretty boring alone out there and i have questions that can usualy answered quickly via chat, thanks in advance
