Confirming. Used 2 gemling allflames now (berserking and artillery) with 0 gem drops from the monsters that drop them.
The allflame specifically says "drops" and not "has a chance to drop". So per the wording, should be guaranteed to drop a gem. I'm assuming this is intentionally nerfed for Ruthless and they just didn't bother to update the text, but still annoying. |
