Frogs (from allflame embers) are not added to spectre pool

I'm playing an Infernal Legion necromancer with Raise Spectre. The Allflame Ember of Frogs lets me catch big red frogs to set on fire, and they tank surprisingly well with an appropriate build.

However, the frogs aren't added to the Desecrate spectre pool. This means if they disappear for any reason, even just weapon swapping or removing a piece of gear, they cannot be resummoned easily. Every other Allflame-only spectrable monster I tested this with (giant turtles!) is properly added to the pool, this is only an issue for frogs.

This isn't strictly build breaking as I could use literally any other spectre with the same build, but frogs paired thematically with my croaking utility flask 🐸. Can I hope for a fix?
