Game Crashing for myself and tons of other players

Heyo team and players!

I've been playing for roughly 10-12 years and never really had too many problems that were really detrimental to the game other than a few times here n there but things would be resolved.
Last season the game was quite laggy here n there but could still play 90% of the time, this season (3.24) is the polar opposite as time goes it seems to get worse and worse. My friends and I running completely different PC specs in different countries (along with other people on forums) have been crashing randomly sometimes once an hour sometimes once a few hours and sometimes multiple times within just 5-10 minutes back to back...
Seems to be a game/server issue sometimes its from opening chests that causes the crash (for me it happens with chests and just mapping in general) my friend happens when she does heists and opens chests or cabinets at the end, and also mapping for her.
the bar graph in game is sometimes smooth and other times the white bar goes crazy.
I've reinstalled old drivers and no change, installed client, installed game fresh on steam nothing changes.

This only happens past campaign, i've leveled 3 other characters and it never happens while leveling only once you beat the story the problems pop up again.

Never had this kind of issue happen ever while playing PoE, if the team could acknowledge the problem that would be great, working on resolving the issue would be even better as the game is randomly unplayable which is very disappointing as a long time player to see the game have so many issues lately.

If you want support for your problem then you start by providing information to work on.

PC specs (dxdiag)
Crash reports, even if there isn't a pop up there will be something in the reliability monitor/event viewer.

it didnt happen till about 1 week ago.

doubt specs have anything to do with the issue considering everyone is running different pc's yet having very similar issues and based off the log it seems to be server sided issue with connection
i7 8700k
gtx 3060
16gb ddr4
m.2 ssd
1gb internet (wired)

Recent ones haven't been logged for some reason, those are from a few days ago.
