Betrayal Scarab of Intelligence does not provide correct intelligence

I just ran a map with Betrayal Scarab of Intelligence. On the betrayal screen, the message on Interrogate on rank 3 people said "Provide 40 intelligence per turn". After I clicked interrogate, the bottom panel said 8 intelligence per turn instead. I ran a couple of more encounters to check if this was a visual bug. It's not. I did get 8 intelligence instead of the intended 40.

Can confirm this issue. Seems to be a problem when interrogating leaders at Rank 3 (not sure if other ranks are affected) while using the 150% increased intel scarab.
