All inventory OMENs gone from inventory after crashing while going back to hideout

Hi

I was going back to my hideout from the map because inventory was full, crash, then when loging back almost all OMEN gone except the one that boost EXP for 60s after level up...

You know what this means ? That the server considered i died or that i lost more than 75% of health and consumed all the omen !!! Something which is completely wrong, thus i am playing a low life build: Think about it and fix this shit eventually...
