CPU overloaded Arohongui Packs

I just started a T17 with +6 Proj and some mobs were casting something similar to an autobomber/wardlooper setup just pulsing hundreds of projectiles in every direction while a screen away and slowly crashed the CPU, with the latency in the F1 view rising by about 100ms per second, and POE closing at ~ 2000ms.

I think it's the arohongui turtles, but I'm not 100% sure.
