Favorite map slot dont apply to blight map drop anymore?

Last league it worked. IDK if that was not intended and now they "fixed it", or they just decided to change it, or I'm very very unlucky?

If it actually worked last league then it was a bug.
The blighted maps aren't considered to be on the atlas. |

I play on console, so maybe it was unintended to happen? Because 8 out 10 blight maps dropped were in the fav slot, I only had 3 different maps in those slots
